High stress-resistant mortar flooring (thick coating method)

    1. Construction surfaces should be free of dust and oil. If holes, non-structural cracks, or surface damage are present, use a primer for curing, then fill with mid-coat mortar. Level bumps and protrusions after a curing period of 2-3 hours prior to initiation of full application.
    2. Apply a primer to the whole surface(after around 3 hours), then use a trowel or scraper to create a 2-3mm thick coating of mortar flooring material.
    3. After hardening of the mid-coat (after around 8 hours), add two coatings of wear-resistant floor paint.
    4. If environmental humidity exceeds 85%, hardening times are affected and ventilation should be improved during the curing process to accelerate evaporation.
