Water-based Composite Flexible Cement P-009C

P-009C is a composite cement product composed of macromolecular latex acrylic resins, special high-alumina cement, aggregates, and other chemical components. It forms a weather- and water-resistant, durable, and tenacious coating membrane and composite waterproof layer. A very high cost-performance ratio is achieved through the formation of a supple and elastic waterproof layer which is water-based, emulsified, non-toxic, and odorless and conforms to safety and sanitation regulations.

【Properties】

Solid ingredients account for 55% of the product and its value and performance are far superior to all styrene and vinyl acetate copolymer products available on the market.
This cement coating can be applied to wet surfaces and has exceptional adhesion to RC.

【Uses】

Interlayer waterproofing works for external wall, window frame, old and new joint, roof, planter box, atrium garden, bathroom, and underground inner and outer wall.

【Methods】

Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the construction surface.
Wet and saturate the construction surface with a mixture of clear water and Plimates AquaPrime P-0621C (3:1) (avoid puddles).
Partially reinforce cracks and seams with a coat of P-009C (A+B) mixture (anti-crack effects may be enhanced by fitting a crack-resistant polymer mesh).
Mix a portion of resin and a portion of powder with 5-10% water until a cement-like texture is generated. Apply 2 coats (the thickness of each layer should not exceed 1mm) on the construction surface with a roller or paintbrush. Don’t apply the next layer until the previous layer is completely dry.
