Water-based, water-repellent, crystalline penetrating and long-lasting waterproofing agent
【Description】
P-061C is a penetrating crystalline waterproofing emulsion primarily composed of inorganic silicates. It can penetrate up to 2mm into concrete and reacts with the alkali substances within the concrete to provide a permanent seal, filling the capillary spaces in the concrete. It effectively improves the impermeability, sealing properties, corrosion resistance, and preventing efflorescence.

- Do not cause any damage to the awnings and glass.
- Achieve transparency and membrane-free with waterproof and water repellent effects.
- Can penetrate into concrete up to a depth of 2mm with long-lasting waterproofing effect.
【Uses】
- Waterproofing and dirt resistance for smooth surfaces like external wall tiles and pebbled wash walls.
- Weather and dirt resistance for bridge piers, historical buildings and natural stone.
- Hydrophobic treatment of fair-faced concrete and cement mortar.
【Methods】
- Remove efflorescence, moss, dust, oil, grease, coatings and free from any residue that might affect the ability of P-061C from the surface. Blowholes and irregularities can be filled with Plimates ProLevel P-717.
- For newly poured concrete, just sweep and keep the surface clean.
- It is optimal on dry substrates.
- Apply P-061C with brush or spray equipment until the whole surface is evenly permeated and saturated. (P-061C has to be applied once only. Ensure that this single application gives adequately dense coverage. Otherwise, overcoating generally does not adhere well to water-repellent surfaces.) *Note: Shake thoroughly before use. The impermeability performance requires 2-3 days to fully cure.
- P-061C emphasizes long-lasting protection against water infiltration, rather than short-term water repellency.
【Reminders】
- Ensure that no other waterproofing materials have been applied to the substrate.
- The higher cement content in the substrate, the better the water repellent effect.
