【Description】
P-0621C is a water-based, acrylic copolymer emulsion. It is used as a primer, sealer and bonding agent to prepare surfaces prior to the application of waterproofing membranes systems. It gives high resistance to alkaline substrates and is capable of sealing pores prior to the application of water-based waterproofing materials.
【Properties】
- Excellent penetration for asbestos cement sheets, concrete and cement mortar.
- Excellent alkali resistance.
- Water resistance, able to seal pores and capillaries, preventing the appearance of pinholes or bubbles/ blisters in the subsequent layers.
【Uses】
Used as primer, sealer and bonding agent before the application of waterproofing systems.
【Methods】
- Remove all objects, dust and loose material from the surface. Thoroughly pre-wet the prepared substrate with no standing water before application.
- Dilute P-0621C with water at a ratio of 1:3. Application by broom (bristle brush) or spray equipment, ensures that P-0621C penetrates the substrate and fully saturates the surfaces. Allow the coating to dry for approximately 30 minutes before proceeding with subsequent system.
