Single-component, water-based, elastic polyurethane membrane with extreme elongation
【Description】
P-056C is formulated with high-molecular water-based polyurethane (PU) resin and rubber through copolymer modification. It features high elongation and excellent tensile strength, with a solid content of up to 75% which improves the issue of low solid content found in regular water-based waterproofing materials. Since it does not contain bitumen content, it is less likely to cause clumps while applying with brush or roller.

- Water-based, non-toxic and breathable. Can be applied over damp surfaces.
- Features high solid content and excellent elongation properties. Free from bitumen content, preventing issues related to bleeding and staining. Can be used for areas surrounding window frames and pitched roofs.
【Uses】
Waterproofing projects for pitched roofs, bathrooms, external basement walls, atriums, gardens etc.
【Methods】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the surface.
- Reinforce waterproofing protection at leak-prone areas (cracks, external corners, cold joints, and drains) by wet-on-wet application: Apply 2-3 coats of P-056C. Embed anti-cracking mesh when the first coating is still wet.
- For full coating, apply Plimates waterproof primer based on the surface on which the system is to be applied. Wait for the primer to dry, then mix P-056C with 0-10% water and apply 2-3 coats (the maximum recommended thickness per layer is 1mm). Each coat should be completely dry before proceeding with the subsequent layer.
