P-731 Photocatalytic Waterproofing and Heat-insulating Elastic Paint
This groundbreaking waterproofing coating material for external walls is mainly composed of inorganic silicone resin (TiO2). It is a multi-functional finish paint for building exteriors with waterproofing, heat insulation, self-cleaning, protective, and dirt-resisting properties. It maintains the external appearance of buildings and extends their service life.
【Properties】

【Method】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the construction surface.
- Apply a thin coat of primer P-930 (for cement and old paint surfaces) or P-916 (for tiled surfaces) and allow a drying time of around 30 minutes.
- Apply at least 2-3 coats of the paint diluted with 0-10% water to the whole surface at 30-minute intervals (coatings should be thin with a thickness of no more than 0.5mm).
【Reminders】
- Minimum temperature of 10°C for membrane formation.
- Attention must be paid to weather conditions to prevent diminished adhesion of the dried membrane caused by exposure to rain.
- Product should not be applied to highly elastic base materials to prevent membrane cracking and detachment.
- Product must be applied to external wall facades with sufficient sunlight exposure to facilitate photocatalyst reactions and achieve optimal self-cleaning effects.
