Matte Protective Finish Paint P-163C
This product is characterized by high transparency as well as high weather, water, and fouling resistance, exhibiting excellent adhesion to stone materials and faux stone paint. It preserves the original texture of the base material surface by forming a continuous, seamless, and transparent membrane for excellent waterproofing and anti-seepage effects.
【Uses】
- Transparent waterproofing and protection of pebble walls, water-washed pebble walls, and hewed stone walls
- Anti-UV and antifouling protective finish paint for faux stone paint, multi-color paint, and stone paint
【Methods】
- Remove accumulated efflorescence, moss, and fine dust from construction surfaces. Fill depressions or cracks with gap-filling cement.
- Apply 1-2 coats to the whole surface (add a suitable amount of water (around 10%) for each coat to achieve the desired thickness) at around 30-minute intervals.
- Avoid exposure to rain or rinsing during and within two hours after application.
【Reminders】
- Thorough stirring is required prior to use due to sedimentation of components.
- Spray coating is recommended to avoid whitish appearance resulted from thick coatings.
- It must be ensured that no other waterproofing materials and coating materials have been applied to the construction surface (this may be determined by examining moisture absorption and permeation conditions through water repellent observations).
- Utilization of water-based silicone as filling material for cracks and depressions should be avoided to prevent yellowing (fillers should be applied after transparent materials). If the filling and sealing material for pebble paving contains waterproofing powder/agent which is not mixed/distributed evenly, this product tends to be absorbed unevenly by the base material, which in turn leads to uneven color shading after coating film drying.
