P-933C RC Curing Agent
This product which is formed through molecular reactions and chelation of lithium silicate represents the most-advanced technology available on the crystallized flooring market. It reacts with the calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)2) in the concrete and thereby forms an insoluble stable calcium-silicate hydrate (C-S-H) which enhances cement bonding and curing force. If an additional thin coat of P-995 is applied, a waterproofing, oil-proof, and glossy crystalline floor coating that conforms to the latest market standards is created.
【Properties】
- Greatly enhanced concrete wear, stress, and impact resistance.
- Penetrates the concrete up to a depth of 2-10mm, no coating film, no yellowing when exposed to sunlight.
- Water-based transparent liquid, highly air permeable (no bulging or peeling off caused by moisture).
- Increases concrete density and slows down aging and pulverization of construction surfaces, guarantees optimal dirt and chemical resistance.
【Uses】
Parking lot, factory, supermarket, and restaurant floors, commercial spaces.
【Method】
- Newly poured concrete: Upon a curing period of at least 14 days, remove laitance from the concrete surface with a rough grinding wheel. Apply 2 coats of curing agent at an interval of at least 1 hour. On the following day, polish the surface with grinding wheels of increasing fineness after confirming that the surface has completely dried.
- Existing concrete: Remove oil, wax, dirt, coatings, or petrochemicals, aged concrete from dry high-strength RC surfaces that meet relevant criteria with grinding wheels of gradually increasing fineness. Conduct a water permeability test, to ensure that moisture absorption and permeability are normal. Upon completion of the test, apply 2 coats of curing agent at an interval of at least 1 hour. On the following day, polish the surface with grinding wheels of increasing fineness after confirming that the surface has completely dried.
【Packaging】
18kg / 5-gallon plastic drum
【Coverage】
Around 0.15-0.3kg / m² (2 coats) (Actual amounts should be determined based on the density and coarseness of surfaces and utilized construction methods).
【Coating tools】
Brush, roller, airless spray coater
