Water-based Anti-efflorescence Primer P-022C
This water-based ethylene primer was successfully developed through utilization of innovative technologies to meet current market demands. It attaches itself to the alkaline cement mortar substrates and seals pores. It may also be utilized for efflorescence prevention on external wall surfaces after plaster coating and prior to fitting of tiles.
【Properties】
- Ideal as a sealing adhesive and primer for cement walls. Plimates waterproof paint, water-based PU, or elastic cement may be utilized as mid-coat and follow-up treatment.
- Ideal as an anti-efflorescence preservative agent for plaster coated and polished cement surfaces.
【Methods】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from existing RC or cement mortar surfaces or rinse them with clear water. Maintain a moist condition without puddles.
- Dilute the primer with water at a ratio of 1:3. Use a broom (bristle brush) or paint sprayer to coat the whole surface. Ensure that the primer fully permeates and saturates the surface. After a drying period of around 30 minutes, follow-up waterproofing materials may be applied.
- If utilized as a waterproofing and wet efflorescence prevention agent, P-022C can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:5. It can be applied with a roller or paint sprayer on polished or plaster coated cement surfaces.
