【Description】

P-999 is a multifunctional exterior coating with the latest aerospace technology nanomaterials. It has excellent waterproofing, heat insulation, self-cleaning, and noise reduction capabilities. In line with ESG, it saves on air conditioning electricity, enhances the protection of buildings, and reduces maintenance costs. P-999, a groundbreaking 4-in-one coating product.

【Properties】

Water & weather resistance, exhibit great waterproofing effect.
Construction process can be simplified with this 4-in-1 coating (heat insulation, noise reduction, self-cleaning and waterproofing).
Saving air-conditioning electricity costs: Utilizing advanced aerospace nanomaterials, this technology reduces thermal conduction. It offers long-term, high performance heat insulation, ensuring sustained energy-saving benefits.

【Uses】

Used for waterproofing and thermal insulation maintenance projects for roofs, external walls and metal sheets.
Used as topcoat for flexible cementitious waterproofing coating, water-based rubberized asphalt etc.

【Methods】

Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the surface.
Reinforce waterproofing protection at leak-prone areas (cracks, external corners, cold joints, and drains) by wet-on-wet application: Apply 2-3 coats of Plimates elastomeric waterproofing layer (e.g., water-based PU, flexible cementitious waterproofing coating). Embed anti-cracking mesh when the first coating is still wet.
Apply Plimates waterproof primer based on the surface on which the system is to be applied. Wait for the primer to dry, then apply at least 2-3 thin layers of P-999 diluted with water (0-10%).

【Reminders】

Apply multiple thin coats for better results; excessive film thickness in one layer is prone to cracking.
Ensure complete coverage to protect the area from any latent leakage which may cause blisters, bubbles, peeling, and flaking.
Flood test can only be done when the coating is fully cured (requires about 7 days) to avoid premature issues such as blisters and bubbles.
