Water-repellent and Water-foaming Agent P-996
【Properties】
- High foaming rate.
- Generated foam does not contract, no recurrence of leaks.
- Non-sticky, excellent permeation properties, capable of penetrating 0.1mm-wide cracks.
- Product contains lipophilic epichlorohydrin (ECH) resin with water-foaming and water-repellent properties and long-term hydrolysis resistance in structural cracks.
【Methods】
- Drill 45° -angled holes to a depth of ½ of the structure thickness at 20cm-30cm intervals from the bottom to the top of the crack starting from 5cm-10cm left or right of the lowest spot of the crack. Then insert the injection needles.
- After insertion of the needles, inject the water-foaming agent with a high-pressure grouting machine from bottom to top until the agent seeps out of the structure surface. Follow the same procedure for each needle.
- Upon completion of the plugging process, the needles should be removed and the drill holes should be sealed
【Reminders】
- This product may be stored in a dry location protected from direct exposure to sunlight for up to 6 months.
- The product should be sheltered from direct rain and sunlight exposure during storage and transportation. Special attention must be paid to fire safety.
