Water-based Thick-coat PU Anti-leak Paint P-6961C
This product which is derived through copolymerization of water-based macromolecular PU resin, rubber, asphalt, and elastic granules is a waterproofing material with excellent stretchability and tensility. In contrast to generic water-based waterproofing materials which require multiple coatings, it can achieve the same effects with one single thick coat.+

【Uses】
Waterproofing projects for roofs, bathrooms, external basement walls, and atrium gardens
【Methods】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the construction surface.
- Partially apply 2 coats to cracks or new/old seams (Plimates CurePrime P-309C may be utilized for the first coat and penetration treatment; apply a coat of the undiluted paint P-6961C when the previous layer has completely dried).
- Apply Plimates CurePrime P-309C as a primer and ensure that the whole surface is fully permeated, saturated, and cured.
- Use a trowel or scraper to apply a 2-3mm-thick coat of P-6961C.
【Reminders】
- In case of excessive sand or powder formation on construction surfaces, curing through 1-2 coats of Plimates CurePrime P-309C prior to application of P-6961C is recommended (construction surfaces must be completely dry when the agent is applied).
- Due to the color bleeding properties of the utilized raw materials, the product should not be applied to slanted roofs and light-colored silicone on window frames.
- Membrane drying requires one to several days depending on membrane thickness and ventilation conditions.
