Water-based PU Rubberized Asphalt Adhesive P-986C
This high-value water-based PU Rubberized Asphalt Adhesive has been developed to correct the shortcomings of traditional rubberized asphalt products including after-tack, oil release, low tensility, and solidified rollers. Addition of fiber leads to enhanced tensility, while products without added fiber can be applied through spray coating.

【Uses】
- Waterproofing projects for roofs, bathrooms, balconies
- Reinforcement of waterproofing on new/old seams and window frames prior to plastering
- Reinforcement of construction joints, cracks, pipe edges, and corners before and after full waterproofing projects
【Methods】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the construction surface.
- Apply one coat of primer to cracks or new/old seams prior to application of one coat of undiluted P-986C.
- For full application, apply 1-2 coats of primer accommodating the surface material (for surfaces with excessive powder/sand formation, apply Plimates CurePrime P-309C and make sure that the construction surface is completely dry).
- When the primer has completely dried, apply at least 2-3 coats of P-986C diluted with 0-10% water to the whole surface (the thickness of each layer should not exceed 1mm).
【Reminders】
- Due to the smoothness of this product, addition of excessive amounts of water for dilution should be avoided.
- Product with added fiber is available and suggested if tiling is required.
