Water-based PU Anti-leak Paint P-036C
This product is mainly composed of high-grade water-based PU resin and natural rubber both imported from abroad as well as a copolycondensate derived from altered emulsified asphalt with powerful waterproofing properties.

【Uses】
Waterproofing projects for roofs, bathrooms, balconies, external basement walls, and atriums.
【Methods】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from existing RC or cement mortar surfaces or rinse them with clear water. Maintain a moist condition without puddles.
- Dilute the primer with water at a ratio of 1:3. Use a broom (bristle brush) or paint sprayer to coat the whole surface. Ensure that the adhesive fully permeates and saturates the surface. After a drying period of around 30 minutes, follow-up waterproofing materials may be applied.
【Reminders】
- In case of excessive sand or powder formation on construction surfaces, curing through 1-2 coats of Plimates CurePrime P-309C prior to application of P-036C is recommended (construction surfaces must be completely dry when the agent is applied)
- Due to the color bleeding properties of the utilized raw materials, the product should not be applied to slanted roofs and light-colored silicone on window frames.
