Singe-component, cement-based, rapid-setting water plug
【Description】
Plimates WaterPlug P-801 is a rapid-setting waterproof plugging mortar designed to stop active water leaks and moisture ingress. It is a composite material formulated with various inorganic salts and high-alumina cement as its base. P-801 is easy to apply, offers high compressive strength, rapid setting time, and superior adhesion. It does not crack or shrink, ensuring long-lasting and reliable sealing performance after application.

【Uses】
Basements, water tanks, reservoirs, pools and instant plugging of drained water outlets.
【Methods】
- Identify the source of the leak and chisel the area into a carrot shape groove. Rinse the area thoroughly with water and keep it moisture.
- Mix P-801 with water (or with a diluted Plimates CemForce P-077C solution, P-077C : Water = 1 : 3) to form a putty-like consistency. Hold material in hand, place it firmly into the leaking area. The mixture begins to set within 20 seconds. Wait for it to get harden (within one minute), then release.
- When the compound has fully harden, it is optimal to apply a broader waterproof coating layer over the area to enhance resistance against water pressure. For example, mix P-801 with a diluted solution of Plimates CemForce P-077C (P-077C : Water : P-801 = 1 : 1 : 4) to form a pasty consistency. Then, apply a broader area for 2-3 coats with a brush.

- P-801 absorbs moisture easily. Store in a cool dry area.
