Plimates ThickAquaPU P-356C
Single-component, water-based, high-build elastic polyurethane membrane
【Description】
P-356C is formulated with high molecular water-based PU resin, rubber, bitumen and elastic particles through copolymerization modification. It exhibits high elongation and excellent tensile strength. P-356C can achieve the desired coating thickness in a single application, compared to regular water-based waterproofing materials.
【Properties】
- Smooth consistency for easy application with trowel and scraper without sticking.
- Water-based, non-toxic and high solid content. Can be applied in thick coats and non-sag on vertical surfaces.
- Tough with great adhesion capabilities, has a rough textured finish which helps to bond subsequent covering materials.
【Uses】
Waterproofing projects for roofs, bathrooms, external basement walls, atriums, gardens etc.
【Methods】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the surface.
- Reinforce waterproofing protection at leak-prone areas (cracks, external corners, cold joints, and drains) by applying 2-3 coats of P-356C.
- For full coating, apply Plimates waterproof primer based on the surface on which the system is to be applied. (Apply Plimates AquaPrime Cure P-012C if there is any serious chalky condition.) Wait for the primer to dry completely before proceeding with the subsequent layer.
- Apply P-356C with trowel or scraper in one layer with the thickness of 2-3mm.
