Wear-resistant Floor Paint P-319C
【Properties】
- Simple and time-saving application.
- Effective improvement of powder and sand formation on construction surfaces.
- Effective prevention of water vapor loss which is conducive to cement hydration processes.
- Convenient application, low cost, does not require accurate mixing ratios like traditional double-component flooring materials.
【Methods】
- Thorough stirring is required prior to use due to sedimentation of components and layering which is a normal phenomenon caused by product properties.
- Colored flooring paints must be diluted by adding around 30%-40% toluene or xylene (facilitates membrane formation and defoaming) when used as base coat or 20%-30% when used as mid coat/finish paint.
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from existing RC or mortar surfaces and keep them dry. Apply at least 2 even thin coats of floor paint at 60-minute intervals.
- Even coats (maximum membrane thickness of 0.2mm) may be applied with a brush or roller.
【Reminders】
- Fill and level depressions with reinforced cement mortar. Don’t apply the floor paint before the mortar is completely dry.
- It is not recommended to apply thick coats of flooring paint. Drying times may be extended up to several days if ventilation is not sufficient.
- If coarse anti-slip surfaces are required, add 50%-100% quartz sand of an appropriate grain size. Don’t add the aggregate to the last coat of floor paint.
- Construction surfaces must be dry. Bubbles are formed in environments with constantly rising water vapor levels.
