• Rinse the construction surface with clear water (repair and remove cracks and uneven spots prior to rinsing).
• Identify depressions by observing puddle formation when water is poured on the surface, then fill and level depressions after marking them through paint spraying.
• Upon confirmation of successful repair through visual inspection, apply 2 coats of strong adhesive primer.
• Upon application of the primer, mix the acrylic sports venue resin with the powder (fine sand) at a ratio of 2:1 with suitable amount of water and apply the mixture within 30 minutes by pouring it on the construction surface and spreading it with a serrated trowel. Bulges must be removed through grinding upon membrane formation and drying of each coat followed by cleaning of the whole area. Apply at least 3 coats at a minimum of 2-hour intervals by following the above steps.
• On the following day (when the membrane is completely dry), apply 2 coats of acrylic sports venue resin as a finish coating. Ensure that no color differences that affect the overall appearance of the surface are present.
• Lines and markings should be created with special purpose paint in accordance with the requirements of the proprietor. Upon completion, a three-day curing period should be allowed prior to use.
