Single-component, solvent-based, easy application, wear resistance floor paint
【Description】
P-519C is a new type of single-component, solvent-based wear resistance floor paint designed to address issues such as chalky substances on concrete. Compared to traditional epoxy, it is more cost-effective, suitable for outdoor use, and solves problems such as yellowing commonly seen with regular epoxy products.
【Methods】
- Add 30% toluene or xylene to P-519C and stir thoroughly with an electric mixer for easy application and to prevent foaming. Any sediment or separation before stirring is considered a normal phenomenon, simply stir thoroughly once again with electric mixer will do.
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the surface and make sure to keep surface dry. Application by brush or roller thinly and evenly for 2-3 coats at 60-minute intervals. Each layer should not exceed 0.2mm.
【Reminders】
- Fill and level the irregularities of substrate. Allow it to dry before proceeding with P-519C.
- It is not recommended to apply at excessive film thicknesses in one layer or during poor ventilation. This may delay the drying and curing time.
- For middle coating, add 50-100% quartz sand of the appropriate size to increase surface roughness and improve slip resistance. This not only enhances adhesion capability, but also improves the resistance to heavy pressure.
- Do not apply to substrates with rising moisture, as blisters or bubbles may occur.
- This product is flammable. Store in cool dry area, away from sparks, open flames and direct sunlight.
