Crystalline Polishing Finish Paint P-995C
This single-component concrete polishing finish paint which was specially developed by this company is derived through copolymerization of lithium silicate and a unique propylene emulsion. It is a water-based, eco-friendly, and highly effective polishing material which is ideal for the polishing and curing of RC surfaces. This material is highly popular in Europe and the US.
【Properties】
- Forms a glossy crystalline surface layer on RC surfaces and prevents dust generation.
- Enhances concrete density and strength.
- Strengthens the wear resistance of concrete surfaces; easy to clean and maintain.
- Oleophobic; minimizes staining caused by spilled soy sauce, engine oil etc.
【Uses】
- Can be used in combination with RC Curing Agent P-933C as a brightening protective finish paint.
- Exclusive use to enhance floor brightness and dirt resistance effects.
【Methods】
- Level and polish RC or cement mortar surfaces with a grinder with five different grinding wheels of increasing fineness (e.g., #50>200>400>800>1500）and remove all dust.
- Apply one even coat of P-995C to the construction surface with a brush or roller (ensure that the paint evenly permeates the surface and avoid excessively thick coatings). If the surface is highly water absorbing, another coat may be applied after 30 minutes.
- Allow a drying time of at least 30 minutes, then use a grinder with a rough sponge wheel for polishing.
