Filler and leveler for horizontal surfaces
【Description】
P-737 can be used as a cost-effective leveling protective mortar layer and uneven floor repairing before waterproofing / flooring system or as a strong bond between the waterproof layer and the surface.
【Properties】
- Low cost and no special equipment, or technical skills are required.
- Provides basic strength for people to walk on, along with basic waterproof protection.
- Dried screed thickness (1mm-2cm) without cracking, can achieve high wear and pressure resistance the next day upon completion.
【Uses】
- As a leveling mortar layer before waterproof topcoat, and also as a temporary protective layer between the main waterproofing materials and subsequent layers (e.g., tiles installation).
- Used for repairing and leveling uneven surfaces before waterproofing or flooring projects.
【Methods】
- Surface must be fully hardened and cured. Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the surface.
- For cementitious surfaces, pre-wet and keep the surface moist to enhance bonding strength.
- Add 0.7kg of water to the resin and powder in the bucket. Stir thoroughly with a mixer, then repair and level the uneven surfaces with trowel or scraper.

【Reminders】
- Leveling or protective mortar layer requires 12 hours of curing before use. Repairs shall be done based on the damaged conditions if exposed to rain or external forces after application.
- Complete leveling requires 7 days of curing (partial floor repairing needs 12hrs of curing) before proceeding with waterproofing / flooring system.
