Filler and leveler for vertical surfaces
【Description】
P-717 is used for leveling and filling various substrates on vertical surfaces (e.g., cementitious surfaces, pebbled wash surfaces, tile surfaces), providing excellent adhesion, which is beneficial for subsequent waterproofing, facelifting, or painting projects.
【Properties】
- Dense paste and non-sag. Smooth consistency for easy application with trowel.
- Ready-to-use by just adding water and stirring, with a working time of up to one hour.
- Dried membrane thickness (2mm) without cracking with great bonding capabilities.
【Uses】
- As leveling mortar layer before waterproof topcoat.
- Can be used as a leveling layer for vertical tiled surfaces without the need for removal.
【Methods】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the surface.
- For concrete and cement mortar substrates, make sure to keep them wet (vice versa for non-absorbent surfaces such as tiles and pebbled wash).
- Mix P-717 with 20%-25% water until a thick, putty-like consistency is formed. Apply on the surfaces with trowel.
- Wait 24 hours for curing before proceeding with subsequent waterproofing, facelifting or painting projects.
【Reminders】
- Trowel for the 2nd time if the leveling depth exceeds 2mm.
- Only thin-layer coatings as subsequent layers after P-717 application, as it is not for use as a tile adhesive.
- Since P-717 contains natural minerals, the color of the dried membrane may vary between batches, but this does not affect its performance.
