- Excellent adhesion to existing painted walls, remains perfectly flat with no blister or bubble.
- High adhesion and high elasticity prevent external painted walls from cracking and chalking.
【Uses】
- Interlayer waterproofing for facade.
- Repair cracks on interior walls.
- Due to its high adhesion and elasticity, it can be applied for partial repair of holes for corrugated roof decking and asbestos cement sheets.
【Methods】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the surface.
- Reinforce waterproofing protection at leak-prone areas (cracks, external corners, cold joints, and drains) by wet-on-wet application: Apply 2-3 coats of P-016C. Embed anti-cracking mesh when the first coating is still wet.
- For full coating, apply Plimates waterproof primer based on the surface on which the system is to be applied. Wait for the primer to dry, then mix P-016C with 0-10% water and apply 2 coats. Each coat should be completely dry before proceeding with the subsequent layer.
- Apply 2 coats of Plimates finish paint to the whole surface due to its high-tack characteristic.
【Reminders】
- Apply a coat of Plimates CurePrime P-309C if there is any serious chalky condition on the surface.
- Do not attempt application if rain is imminent. Protect from rain until dry to ensure proper adhesion.
- Ensure complete coverage to protect the area from any potential leakage which may cause blisters, bubbles, peeling and flaking.
