Plimates FiberFlex P-852C
【Properties】
- Higher elasticity than regular two-component flexible cementitious waterproof coating.
- Ready to use by simply hand stirring with a wooden stick (electric mixer for better results).
- Water-based, non-toxic, single-component and odorless. The substrate can be damp or slightly wet, but ponding water has to be avoided.
- Strong adhesion, excellent water resistance. Fiberglass is added to improve crack resistance.
- Easy application by brush or roller (not easily clumped).
【Uses】
Waterproofing and maintenance for roofs, bathrooms, external walls, cold joints, areas surrounding window frames, balconies, atriums, external basement walls.
【Methods】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the surface.
- Reinforce waterproofing protection at leak-prone areas (cracks, external corners, cold joints, and drains) by applying 2-3 coats of P-852C.
- For full coating, apply Plimates waterproof primer based on the surface on which the system is to be applied. Wait for the primer to dry, then apply 2-3 coats of P-852C diluted with 0-5% water (the maximum recommended thickness per layer is 1mm). Each coat should be completely dry before proceeding with the subsequent layer.
