P-929 Stress-resistant Self-leveling Mortar
【Properties】
- Applicable to wet surfaces, non-flammable, odorless.
- Scratch- and wear-resistant, highly adhesive.
- Wear-resistant floor paint (P-519, P-319) may be used as finish paint.
【Method】
- Apply primer to the whole construction surface and allow a drying time of around 3 hours, then repair and level depressions and grind off protrusions.
- Upon hardening of the repaired spots (around 3 hours), apply a 2-3mm-thick coat to the whole surface with a trowel or rubber scraper.
- Upon hardening of the mid coat (around 8 hours), apply 2 coats of finish paint.
【Reminders】
- An ambient humidity in excess of 85% affects the hardening and curing process. Strengthen ventilation to facilitate evaporation.
- After the mixing of the main agent and the hardener, application must be completed within 15 minutes.

【Surface treatment】
Make sure the construction surface is dust and oil-free. Apply primer to holes, non-structural cracks, or surface damage, followed by a mid-coat of mortar for caulking. Allow a curing period of 2-3 hours prior to follow-up coatings.
【Recommended ratio】
- Base coat: 929A:929B = 2:1→Around 0.2kg / m²
- Mid coat: 929A:929B:Powder (or cement, sand) = 2:1:3-5→Around 4kg / m² (thickness of around 2mm)
