P-686C Water-based Rubberized Asphalt
This product is mainly composed of high-grade water-based PU resin and natural rubber both imported from abroad as well as a copolycondensate derived from altered emulsified asphalt with powerful waterproofing properties.

- Exceptional adhesion to cement, thick bed mortar for tile attachment may be applied directly upon application.
【Uses】
Waterproofing projects for roofs, bathrooms, balconies, external basement walls, and atrium gardens.
【Method】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the construction surface.
- Partially apply 3 coats to cracks or new/old seams (primer adhesive P-0261C diluted with water at a ratio of 1:3 may be utilized for the first coat and penetration treatment). Apply a coat of the undiluted liquid when the previous layer has completely dried and attach a glass fiber mesh to achieve optimal crack resistance effects. Apply another coat of the undiluted liquid when this layer has completely dried to enhance the waterproofing effects.
- Full application: Apply the water-based primer adhesive P-0261C mixed with water at a ratio of 1:3 as a primer. Maintain a moist condition without puddles and ensure that the mixed primer fully permeates andsaturates the construction surface.
- After allowing a drying time of around 30 minutes for the first coat (make sure paint is no longer sticky when walked on), apply at least 2-3 coats of the liquid diluted with 0-10% water (the thickness of each layer should not exceed 1mm).
【Reminders】
- In case of excessive sand or powder formation on construction surfaces, curing through 1-2 coats of P-309C Ultra-strong Oil-based Curing Agent prior to application of P-686C is recommended (construction surfaces must be completely dry when the agent is applied).
- Due to the color bleeding properties of the utilized raw materials, the product should not be applied to slanted roofs and light-colored silicone on window frames.
