P-288C Water-based Water-plugging Grouting Material
This is a water-based grouting material which has been developed by the Company. It may be applied for the filling and sealing of cracks and leak plugging in RC structures and exhibits curing and anti-seepage effects for cement mortar interlayers of flooring. The price of the sealing material is much lower than that of generic water-foaming materials or EPOXY crack reinforcing materials.
【Properties】
- Water-based, non-toxic, solvent-free without pungent odors.
- Non-sticky, high fluidity, permeates cracks easily.
- Slightly foaming, does not cause deforming of aluminum doors or window frames through pressure.
- In contrast to water-foaming materials, the formed colloid is not prone to drying shrinkage.
- An accelerant may be added to accelerate colloid formation in line with different work conditions and requirements.

- Bathroom floor leakage.
- Roof plate leakage.
- Grouting and leak plugging on or around aluminum doors and windows.
【Reminders】
- It is recommended to adopt a high-pressure grouting machine to facilitate the grouting process (water may be added to decrease the thickness)
- If a high-pressure grouting machine that is usually used for injection of oil-based water-foaming materials, it must be ensured that no residues remain in the machine to prevent chemical reactions and clogging.
