P-286C Water-based Thick-coat Colored PU
This single-component waterproof coating which is mainly composed of macromolecular materials is characterized by high elasticity, emulsification, and cold application. After curing and membrane formation, a rubber-like elastomer is generated. Its characteristics include outstanding tensility, ductility, and impermeability. In addition, it is brightly colored, odorless, non-corrosive, and non-flammable without unpleasant smells.

【Uses】
- Exclusive use as a waterproofing agent for roofs and atrium gardens possible.
- Elastic waterproofing and crack-resistant material for roofs, bathrooms, and external basement walls.
【Method】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the construction surface.
- For full application, follow the following steps:
a. Apply a thin coat of P-309C waterproofing primer (allow a drying period of around 30 minutes).
b. Partially apply 2-3 coats to seams and cracks (allow a membrane drying period of 30 minutes before applying the next coat).c. After completion of partial reinforcement, apply a full 2mm-thick coat of water-based colored PU.
【Reminders】
- Due to the slight after-tack after membrane drying, it is recommended to add a coat of finish paint for insulation.
- The thickness of single thick coats should not exceed 2mm.
- Attention must be paid to weather conditions to prevent diminished adhesion of the dried membrane caused by exposure to rain.
