P-236Double-component Anti-yellowing Transparent Finish Paint
P-236 Double-component Anti-yellowing Transparent Finish Paint is a coating material composed of hardened aromatic polyisocyanate with outstanding light and weather resistance. After a QUV weathering test, it was determined that the product still has outstanding gloss retention and yellowing resistance. It also has excellent adhesion to various substrates and is an ideal outdoor finish paint (e.g., tiled wall waterproofing) due to its outstanding weather resistance.

【Uses】
Transparent waterproofing and curing of tiled walls, brushed concrete walls, and exposed aggregate concrete walls.
【Method】
- Remove efflorescence, moss, and dust from the construction surface and clean it with a high-pressure cleaner.
- Fill visible depressions or cracks in the grout lines between the tiles with cement paste mixed with seaweed powder and wait until the construction surface is completely dry (allow a drying period of 2-3 days if the tiled wall has been rinsed with clear water since excessive moisture gives the membrane surface a whitish appearance).
- Mix the P-236 main agent and hardener evenly at a ratio of 13:2, then apply 3 coats to the whole tiled surface at 30-60-minute intervals.
【Reminders】
- It must be ensured that no other waterproofing materials and coating materials have been applied to the construction surface (this may be determined by examining moisture absorption and permeation conditions through water repellent observations).
- Utilization of water-based silicone as filling material for cracks and depressions should be avoided to prevent yellowing (fillers should be applied after transparent materials).
- Please mix the components in accordance with the ratio indicated on the packaging to ensure optimal membrane quality (addition of solvent for thinning is not required).
