P-037C Eco Heat-Insulating Paint
This product is a powerful water-based, non-toxic, single-component heat insulation paint that is easy to apply. It is mainly composed of nano-grade hollow ceramic balls. Its sunlight and heat insulation effects are far superior to those of other heat insulation paints available on the market. Compared to previous generation products, the dirt resistance, adhesiveness, coverage, and drying speed has been greatly enhanced.
【Uses】
- Anti-corrosive, heat insulation, and curing treatment of hard roof and external wall surfaces.
- Heat insulation treatment of cement mortar, asbestos sheeting, corrugated plastic sheets, sheet metal houses, and steel plates.
【Method】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the construction surface, then apply a coat of P-169C or P-309C oil-based adhesive primer.
- Basic heat insulation: Apply two coats of P-037C diluted with 10% water to the whole surface (0.1-0.2kg / m² per coat →one drum is sufficient for 15 pings/50m²)
- Powerful heat insulation: Apply multiple coats with a roller (dried membrane thickness of 1mm or more) , 10% and 40%-60% of water may be added for application with roller and spray coater, respectively.
- Long-lasting heat insulation: Upon application of P-037C, apply 1-2 thin coats of P-137C transparent self-cleaning antifouling agent to achieve optimal self-cleaning, dirt resistance, and long-lasting thermal reflection.
- Rust prevention and heat insulation: When applied to rusty iron sheets and steel plates, remove loose rust flakes, then apply P-804 Rust Conversion Agent and adhesive primer followed by P-037C to achieve optimal effects.
