P-930 Oil-based Ultra-strong Primer Curing Agent
This product was developed by the Company to ensure greatly enhanced curing prior to application of waterproofing layers in response to successfully developed oil-based macromolecular resins for waterproofing projects available on the market. Due to its amazing properties, it guarantees excellent adhesion and curing of construction surfaces with significant powder or sand accumulation.
【Properties】
- Curing agent for concrete or cement mortar layers with significant sand/powder accumulation that require waterproofing treatment
- Waterproofing adhesive primer for construction surfaces with aged cement layers and moss that can’t be fully removed
【Method】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from existing RC and cement mortar surfaces and keep them dry.
- Apply an even coating on the construction surface with a brush or roller (ensure that the curing agent fully penetrates the surface) and avoid excessively thick coatings
- After a drying time of at least half an hour, apply the waterproofing layer (you can also wait until the following day).
【Reminders】
- Don’t apply to tiled surfaces. Store the product in a dark and cool location to avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
- Thin coats should be applied to external wall cement mortar finish surfaces with old paint coatings to prevent wrinkling of old paint films and unlevel coating layers.
