P-601 Waterproof Coating with High-adhesion and High-elasticity Performance on External Walls
This water-based waterproofing and heat-insulation coating which is based on imported technologies is a copolycondensate derived from altered acrylic emulsified resin. This product effectively corrects the major shortcomings of generic acrylic resins which are characterized by high elasticity in the early stages and increasing brittleness with the passage of time. It also outperforms generic water-based acrylic coatings in the field of soak resistance and adhesion. The most outstanding feature is its excellent adhesion to existing painted layers. This represents an effective solution for seepage issues of painted walls.

【Method】
- Remove all objects, dust, and loose material from the construction surface.
Apply one coat of P-930 Ultra-strong Oil-based Curing Agent. - Identify existing cracks and partially reinforce by applying three coats of P-601 (use glass fiber mesh to reinforce larger holes).
- Apply at least 1-2 coats of P-601 diluted with 0-10% water to the whole surface at 30-minute intervals.
- The completed surface is characterized by significant after-tack and must be protected by applying 1-2 thin coats of waterproofing and heat-insulation finish paint.
【Reminders】
- In case of serious wall pulverization, curing through application of one coat of P-930 Ultra-strong Oil-based Curing Agent is recommended.
- Attention must be paid to weather conditions to prevent diminished adhesion of the dried membrane caused by exposure to rain.
- The surface must be completely covered to prevent peeling off or bubble/bulge formation caused by seepage on the sides.
