P-507 Efflorescence Genie
This product is a high-performance silicic acid coating material which consists of imported patented components. This powdery silicate coating which is characterized by excellent permeation and reaction performance is capable of solving vexing efflorescence issues. It forms a rigid membrane and permeates the porous texture of concrete or cement mortar before it is cured. It fills and seals moisture channels formed by RC pores after hardening. A firm waterproofing layer inhibits continued efflorescence formation.

【Uses】
Efflorescence issues including serious pulverization and detachment of paint films on indoor wall surfaces
【Method】
- Remove efflorescence and old paint films from affected and surrounding areas within a radius of 10-30cm.
- Mix the powder thoroughly with water at a ratio of around 4:1 to form a putty and apply the mixture evenly to the construction surface.
(Note: This product dries quickly. Application should therefore be completed within 10 minutes after preparation. Water should be added if the mixture shows signs of hardening.) - Coatings with a thickness of 1 mm can be polished with sandpaper after a drying time of around 20 minutes.
- Upon completion of surface polishing, wait at least 2 hours before applying paint.
