The P-613 Water-based PU Leakage prevention Paint is a copolycondensate produced using a mix of high performance water-based PU resin from overseas, imported high quality natural rubber filler and emulsified asphalt after quality improvement with superior water resistance.

  • Breathable material and can be applied to damp surfaces.
  • Has particularly good adhesion with cement so can be used directly as a soft-base for tile-laying.
  • Can be subjected to long periods of immersion in water without bubbling
  • Has particularly good adhesion with asphalt and PU so these do not have to be stripped out but can be simply painted over.
  • Deep coffee brown
 

 Purpose

  
  • Waterproofing and maintenance treatment for rooftops,
    bathrooms, flower standards, basement exterior walls
    and courtyard gardens
  • After the P-613 Water-based PU Leakage prevention  
    Paint is applied, the surface can be coated on with P-701
    or P-617 for waterproofing, thermal insulation and protection.
