How to prevent waterproofing material blowing-up?

The surface of concrete construction is made of porous materials and contains water vapor in the pores. When irradiated by sunlight (heated), the water vapor will evaporate and ascent, make the elastic waterproof material surface bulged. We suggest that the construction site should be fully dried, using a special primer to seal the concrete pores, and the construction surface should be fully covered to avoid lift-off or blowing-up due to side leakage.
