P-713 Photocatalyst Self-cleaning Antifouling Agent (for External Wall Elastic Paint Surfaces)
This dirt-resistant transparent coating material for external walls is mainly composed of inorganic silicone resin (TiO2). Sunlight exposure activates the photocatalyst in the coating layer, which initiates dirt decomposition. Coatings exhibit the triple effect of dirt resistance, self-cleaning, and protection coupled with maintenance of the external appearance of buildings at greatly reduced costs.

P-701 Water-based Waterproofing and Heat-insulating Finish Paint
This product is a waterproofing and heat-insulating material composed of acrylic resins with multiple effects including water, heat, and weather resistance. The white additive is a hollow ceramic powder which is characterized by a light texture and excellent heat insulation. This substance reduces the thermal conductivity for optimal thermal insulation effects (e.g., heat resistance treatment of asbestos sheeting, corrugated plastic sheets, sheet metal houses, and steel plates).
